Mark McCole
My name is Mark McCole. I was born in Ireland and grew up in North Manchester. I currently work as a Principal Transport Consultant advising governments, transport companies and local authorities across the globe on planning, implementing and operating rail schemes.
My family returned to the UK in 2015, having lived abroad for several years, and my son attends Millwood school. As a parent with a child with disabilities, I am acutely aware of the day-to-day challenges family’s face and how pivotal school life is in the development and happiness of children with special needs. I have been incredibly moved and impressed by the quality of care, attention and commitment from the Millwood team and I am delighted to be able support in whatever way I can.
I am very keen on sports, especially Rugby and Football but my main passion outside work is writing and recording music with family and friends.
