Reading and Phonics

At Millwood we follow the Early Years Foundation Stage and the National Curriculum for English as a basis for our English teaching. Classes will adapt the teaching methods used to meet these objectives based on the individual needs of the children in their class. We aim for all of our children to develop a love of books and stories regardless of their additional needs.
